If there are shortcuts to happiness, dancing, moving, teaching, sharing care are just ones of these to me. From the first time my body abandoned itself to movement, stimulated by the echo of vibrant, hypnotic and engaging music, I could no more live without it. Being able to express myself without words, through a universal language that immediately goes to the heart, feels like creating poems with the body, mind and breath in unison. It is like honoring the harmonious beauties of life and nature, celebrating them in every single muscle and synapses throughout the wonderful gift of body’s language.
Dancing awakes the most ancestral part of my being and it is something so instinctual and deep that I cannot resist to. I realized what Curt Sachs said: "Dance is the mother of all the arts: music and poetry exist in time, painting and architecture in space, but dance lives simultaneously in time and space”.

I hope to meet you in one of my classes and workshops as well as for a good TREATMENT, traditional Thai massage or a deep tissue massage with perfumed oils, or during a Pilates class on the beach, or simply on my way. Life is a constant surprise, a huge joy, an invaluable gift.
